How to understand & apply the individual message of the dream
Service Description
Dreams and Visions: The approach to the dreams through reverence of Bible in the light of the Holy Word of God under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. And He (the LORD) said, “Hear my words: If there is a prophet among you, I the Lord make myself known to him in a vision; I speak with him in a dream.” (Numb. 12:6) Dreams may carry both spiritual and very practical messages, that can guide or instruct. It is important to discern the type of a dream, its symbols, and its relevance to going personal life events. Interpretation considers all the details since even small or unusual element may be significant. Meanings are drawn from a biblical perspective, with prayer with guidance of Holy Spirit for interpretation and to apply of the message wisely. The Message of a Dream A dream is more than just an image or vision. It may carry a deeply personal message, a word from God, a calling, the need to reflection, guidance and direction, a warning, divine instruction, or even deliverance from demonic bondage. “And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, and your young men shall see visions.” Joel 2:28 Dreams often unfold in symbols. The scene, the space, the setting, the place, the surroundings, the atmosphere, the objects, events and actions, and the emotions that arise within the dreamer can all be part of the message. Emotions are especially significant. Nothing should be dismissed too quickly—whether it is the presence of a person, familiar or unknown; an animal or plant; a colour, garment, sound, word, or number that lingers in memory. Even the smallest details may hold meaning far greater than they first appear. Interpretation must be sought through prayer. At times, a verse of Holy Scripture may shed light on a particular image in the dream. At other times, the Spirit may impress a meaning directly upon the heart. Most often, it is the combination of both—the written Word and the living voice of the Spirit—that brings true clarity. The meaning of a dream is often personal. It may expose hidden fears, confirm a decision, warn of danger, or point the way forward in faith. It may also uncover things from the past—forgotten personal sins or generational issues that need to be brought into the light through confession. A dream can also reveal something about one’s relationship with God, with others, family, city, country or with the calling placed
